Jesse will play a key role in leading the development of leadership, culture, and community engagement across the club, while also assisting to enhance performance and training standards and supporting our strength and fitness development team.

He brings with him a wealth of experience, including over 18 years in leadership roles within the Defence Force, as well as time spent working with the Sydney Roosters during their 2023 pre-season camp. A passionate endurance runner and fitness coach, Jesse’s expertise and drive will be a valuable addition as we continue to strengthen our club both on and off the field.
